My name is Amber and I'm a certified life and wellness coach.  I help my clients work on different areas of their lives to enhance their overall wellbeing! 
 

Since 2012, I’ve been on a personal journey to take back my life and really step into the life that I've always imagined for myself.  Through health, wellness, reflection, selfcare and a whole lot of mindset work, I've been able to transform my life by living in that sweet spot that I had been longing to get back into as my life continued to evolve.  I've had to liberate myself from old stories that I've carried with me that no longer served me in a positive way.  I've had to shift my mindset into alignment with the many hopes and dreams that I have for myself, as I continue to work on keeping balance in my life.

 

I created the Proactive Woman in 2019 to help empower other women to take control of their lives and do the same.  My dream is to positively impact the lives of as many girls/ladies/women as I can through coaching around everyday struggles, emotions, inequities, obstacles, fears, dreams, aspirations, habit change (and the list goes on and on...) that women face throughout the trajectories of their lives.  Through my different offerings, I hope that I can help my clients break through any obstacles that seem to be hindering them from living the lives they've always dreamed, as well as find their inner peace with themselves.  I want to validate the female experience, as I know that so many of us have found ourselves in tough situations throughout our lives that we often let weigh us down as we carry this heavy load with us for too long in our mission to come across as "perfect/beautiful/skinny/not too emotional/easy going/submissive"....blah blah blah!
